Oakkar Oakkar is the Founder and CEO of Keona Health. Oakkar has more than 17 years of experience developing software related business. Prior to founding Keona Health, he co-founded Recopia, a web/mobile application and service development company.  Oakkar is a passionate visionary, who loves healthcare technology and will stop at nothing to provide better and more personalized care. He has a tremendous love for surfing where he finds much of his inspiration and also trains in mixed martial arts, which teaches him how to endure pain, stay calm, and intelligently compete with bigger, stronger and better-looking opponents. Mr. Oakkar is bilingual in English and Burmese.
