Brandon Cassel is a healthcare executive with over 12 years of progressive leadership experience, including a decade as a senior executive. As Chief Operating Officer of Eagle Physicians and Associates, Brandon led a multi-specialty physician-owned practice with 80 providers and 400 employees. He oversaw clinic operations including site administration, compliance, IT operations, ancillary services, leadership development, and provider onboarding. Previously, Brandon served as a senior executive Administrator at Tanner Clinic, where he focused on operations for a 200+ provider, 1,200-employee organization. He played an instrumental role in expanding services, optimizing patient experience, and leading major construction projects. Brandon's passion for healthcare leadership extends into academia as a former adjunct professor at Weber State University, where he taught courses in healthcare administration, law and ethics, finance, and medical group management. He is actively involved in professional organizations, holding leadership roles within the North Carolina and Utah Medical Group Management Associations. Holding dual master’s degrees in Business Administration and Health Administration from Weber State University, Brandon combines financial acumen with operational expertise to drive healthcare excellence.
